Chief Executive Officer, Founder
Bob founded Always Positive, Inc. in 1995 as a "Positive" alternative apparel company. He utilized his strong sales and marketing skills to open accounts with retailers such as Wal-Mart, Eckerd's Drug Corporation, Mervyn's of California, and Kohl's Department Stores. Bob also created strategic cause related marketing alliances with national organizations such as The Children's Miracle Network / Children's Hospital that benefited from proceeds of Always Positive products sold at retail.
In 2001, Bob repositioned Always Positive as a Sales and Marketing organization to help individuals, small businesses and large corporations understand and implement "Relationship Marketing Best Practices" in their business. In doing so, the Always Positive apparel brand disappeared from the retail shelf and can now be found as a co-branded message with many of today’s top companies.
With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Bob serves as the company’s visionary and lead marketing officer. He is responsible for corporate vision, strategic market planning, corporate identity development, product development, branding, promotions, and public relations. Prior to founding Always Positive, Inc., Bob served as Marketing Director of PW Industries in the apparel industry. He also served 10 years as the Corporate Sales and Promotions Manager for American Airlines where sales skyrocketed under his supervision. Bob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
Bob lives in Poway, California with his wife Carole. He has two children and enjoys coaching and attending all of their sporting events as well as enjoying golf and travel.
